Hi all, I don't talk here alot but am wondering if I can get some advice, please? When sewing/embroidering Christmas gifts what are some ideas for the men in the family? What do you all make for them?

Last Christmas I embroidered small designs or letters on hand towels for the fellows in my family. One does dancing, another community work, another is in a big club and they all seem to be in need of a small towel when out and about.

Excellent question and awesome answers. Thank you for bringing up that question. My guys are impossible in the gifts dept. I've started giving care packages for holidays instead of gifts per se. Then they don't need to find a place to put something else that they don't want (which is my challenge). The munchies are enjoyed, wrappers recycled and all is good. Repeat next holiday.

Jenny Haskins has some tie designs, kinda wild. John Deer has a gorgeous set of "Manly" designs, with gears and cogs, tool-type stuff. How about a denim "shop" apron with his name or Grandpa or whatever? Favorite scripture bookmark? Pillow with sports designs?
