I was sitting at the Computer and noticed something go past the Window. It was the Mother Kangaroo. They had been out the Front. Her with her Joey and they had come up close to the house as they guys are going along the road cutting Branches. Suppose to get away from the noise. Went out to check where the Joey was and she has left him out the front by himself. She has just parked herself on a path.

The one (Joey) from last year strayed onto the road and got hit by a car. She probably already has another in her pouch.

Think she just left it as her way to say Son/Daughter you now have to go out into the big world by yourself.

Thanks for sharing these pics! I love nature and all animals! As I live in the country, I see quite a few on a regular basis, especially deer.
Hugs, Angel

Apparently we have deer straying around the place here now. Have escaped from the Deer Farms.

I didn't mind too much as long as she didn't demolish the whole plant.

Now you've done it Lyn, all our overseas Cuties are going to think we have Kangaroos in our backyards all the time he he he! Of course, you guys that live in the "bush" so to speak do see them more than your city cousins! Love Chris

They are gorgeous aren't they? On our recent trip down to visit Trev's family we saw so many of them in the bush. And a few roadkill!

Chris Really I am not in the Bush. Only 25 mins from Marion shops and 30mins from the CBD and I can say I have a Kangaroo in my back yard. LOL.

I took so many photos and the one that would have been the best when Mum found her Joey -- My Camera wouldn't work.
