I want to thank you all for the outpouring of support with my unhappy shoulder. I have had a cortisone shot which has helped with the pain but has done nothing to increase my limited range of motion or the weakness. But thanks to you all I have hope and that is a wonderful gift. I will be driving to therapy with a heat pack. A very valuable idea. I will try to be kind to my shoulder to heal some of the tearing, but that is hard. I prefer to be a busy person always with a dozen projects on my list. Again thanks.

I had a frozen shoulder and I did my own therapy at home and got over it but I went to the Doctor before it got bad he sent me to a specialist and he told me therapy I went to the a guy that was working at the nursing home and he got a list of the things they do and I did it at home I had no insurance .

PT HURTS---and look at the smile on their faces when they INFLICT PAIN---I think they get enjoyment out of it----BUTTTTTTT, it wil feel so much better when it's done----this comes from experience!!!!!!!!!!!God bless and heal you and be with your PT!!!!!

OMG. Didn't see it before. Hope it's not frozen. Have a friend who had that and it took 2 surgeries. Get better fast.
