You can use the Angelina Film as is and not heat press it first with an iron.
When you use it in FSLace design you don't have to heat press it with an iron.
Embroider the FSL design on top of the film and water soluble stabilizer until just before you do the last satin out line stitch and you could then tear away the excess film and then do the last outline satin stitch.
Or you can stitch the whole FSL design out on the Film and water soluble stabilizer and then carefully tear the excess film off the design.
If you want to iron your FSL Design after it is done then put a pressing cloth on it and just press fro a few seconds.
If you want to combine 2 colors of film to make a sheet of different colors then you could put the 2 colors of it between 2 layers of paper or a pressing sheet or teflon pressing sheet and just press with your iron for 3 seconds to fuse the 2 together.
If you fuse it with your iron too long it will really change the colors and not look as nice.
You can also fuse the Hot Fix Angelina Film to Hot Fix Angelina Fibers by using a pressing sheet and your iron to make a sheet of fabric for stitching on.
It is very easy to use.

So, what happened with the Angelina, Pauline? Did you do it yet? How did it work? Would really like to see it if you did, love to see how experiments turn out!! Hugs, Marji
Awwww hubby cme home early as a suprise. Have gone away in caravan for long w/end to Broke. Yep suits us ... Wanted to bring machine but alas and woe we are in the bush . no power. Dumb huh!!!!! Cant wait to get home :)
I almost bought the same yesterday but the checkout was too complicated.I thought it was the same as mylar but now I'm glad the order did not go through, hope you find a way to use it
Why can't you iron it? If you think it may be a problem with FSL...it won't I've used Angelina film in FSL and used an iron and it worked just fine.
Muffy :)
Muffy thankyou for your comment. I havent used this before, All new to me . Shall give it a go :)
I would say that it should be just fine for FSL. Put it between two layers of parchment paper to press it (gently so thread doesn't melt) and it should work great. In fact, your FSL will have a little more body that way. Try it with one design and see what you think. Good luck.
Thankyou for your help. Going to bite the bullet and do it. Hubby working late so got to entertain myself :))
