Oh no! I just read about the "issues" going on with the DBC section and am devastated! What a terrible shame! I was just getting into the hang of using my little Brother PE400D, experimenting with your gorgeous Cuties designs and I was partway through going through the entire back lot Cuties postings. I was also collecting the "Script Font" alphabet a beautiful Cutie had shared with us all. Any idea how I may be able to complete my Alphabet? I only had the Lower Case "a" and "z" and Upper Case "A", "B", "C", "H" and "X" letters to go! Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have a stitching in my hoop right now (for myself for a change) that I need the lower case letter "a" to complete. I love seeing all of the projects posted on here, so much talent and a wonderful inspiration to those of us just starting out. Many thanks. XO <3 :-)

Thank-you! :-) I just finished stitching out my name panel for a Mug Rug for myself (a project for myself - novel idea, lol). As soon as I work out how to post it, I'll be sure to share :-)

Yes, you are right, addictive is an understatement though ;-) I read your earlier post about coming to Australia and visiting Brisbane and the Craft Expo next week. I just might see you there - fingers crossed for a well behaved daughter for the day first though :-)

There are so many talented, friendly and helpful people here. I wished I'd found Cute a lot sooner... I also wished I'd listened to my mother when I was at school and learnt how to sew back then. I'd be so awesome at it now instead of a stumbling learner. Let's hope DBC is back soon and the "issues" are ironed out. :-)

If you know who the digitizer was, maybe you could ask her to send you the letters you need. Otherwise you will have to wait until the open up the Designs by Cuties again.

Thanks so much for your response. I wish I'd taken more notice to have seen who the beautiful cuties was who shared the alphabet but, alas, I only have the file names of the ones I've already downloaded. :-( At least they were shared legally and weren't of copyrighted images so they should be back, along with a lot of the rest of the Cuties gorgeous designs, once the DBC section is back up and running. I'll just keep going with the rest of my 4x4 name panel without the "a" on the end of my name, lol. I was hoping to be able to post a pic of it here when it was done as it's a mash of DBC designs I sourced here that I liked and am using to learn my machine and this exciting new world of sewing I've recently stumbled on to. I'm all about personalised Mug Rug/Snack Mats at the moment. The perfect project to start out with when you're new to embroidery machines, quilting and sewing in general. They make great gifts and I'm having so much fun and learning so much with it all. :-)

If there is anyway you can post a picture or the file name, then maybe someone will know who the digitizer is.
This is the best site there is and not just for designs. Its like a big family with members all over the world and no matter what you need, there is always some here to help you. There is so much knowledge on this site and so many inspirational people to help you with anything.
I have some of my dearest friends here and I have never met them, but we have become very close.
I do hope that you can get in touch with the digitizer as I know she will be more than willing to help you with the letters you are missing. It won't hurt to post whatever you can, she will know her work.
Welcome to Cute and don't be afraid to ask questions.
Hugs Jerri

Also the members here know all the best spots to purchase embroidery supplies, eg: needles, stabilizers, threads, pre-wound bobbins and of course designs.

Thanks so much Jerri :-) I'll certainly be a regular here. I have the "embroidery bug" good and proper! ;-)
