This quilt I made using blue and yellow fabrics out of my scrap box.The blocks are half square triangles(4 inches) and 4 inch squares, sewn together to make a 12 inch block.I free hand machine quilted squiggly lines over the whole quilt, then hand quilted the yellow border with Perle cotton.I had to put it over my spare bed to be able to take the photo.

Wow, I love the color combination, and the work! How long did it take to put it together? I have never done one, but I would like to. I would like to make one using some embroidery.
