I have the Quattro 2 too. I just love it. I purchased the continuous boarder hoop but can't figure out how to load the software. I was told it was ready to go when I purchased my machine. I live a long distance away from my dealer otherwise I'd have him take care of it. I'm going to wait for my baby's first tune up. LOL
