So great that you ladies can get together and enjoy your hobby..who bought the most ? Great to see all those smiles....Hugs Glenda x0x0x
Glenda we all came out pretty even i think. Even Rada who is not a "cutie" had a great day :)
Thanks for sharing. It is so nice that you had a good time together. Would love to go shopping with some friends/cuties ? (Hello who lives close to me ?) and discuss things about our hobby. If I visit such a store I always have a sort of "blank" moment, at home so many things I want to do, but not the right fabric, but when I'm at the shop I'm overwelmed and can't decide what I want.
i live near Bakersfield, California.... and i love to fabric shop....lol...and i am ready to go

Great to see you also Meg, I can just imagine the fun you all must have had. Great smiles, oohh and love the teal fabric Chris....glad you all have a lovey day together....hugs Kerry
That's why I stood in front of Purple Kerry, it's my favourite colour - there was a bit more on the shelf behind us where the burgundy fabric is peeping out. Love Chris
Wow what a lovely fabric bonanza to choose from. I would not be able to speak, I'd just go grab some of each. You ladies look like a good time was had by all. What fun!
Looks like everyone had a wonderful time. And, that is such a lovely background!!!! How m uch did you ladies buy? Was there anything left in the store when you walked out?
I bought 2 meters of the antique fabric, and nearly 2 metres of the green fabric and then the roll of turquoise fabrics where there were 10 fat quarters. Oh! yes there was stacks of fabrics in that place. It was in a garage at the back of a ladie's home. Love Chris
Can see why all of you have happy smiles. They have a beautiful display of fabrics.
Love fabric shopping. Have half of spotlight in my sewing room and you guessed it. Not one piece of material for what i want to sew. SEW out i go and buy some more. Good therapy:)
Looks like so much fun!!! I can tell I would like this store bevause of all the bright light! Who gets the prize for spending the most?
Me, but hey, it was my birthday money so I splurged a little. Love Chris.
The fabric I usually buy costs me around $24.00 Australian a metre. I got some for $20.00 and $14.00 at this shop. A bargain.
Yes it was Chris then Meg. I was under strict instructions (by DH) not to spend anyting Yea right, No i did shop and show DH.
Thanks Pauline for posting the picture. Carolyn, you would be drooling there were so many purple fabrics in this shop. I actually ended up buying a beautiful turquoise bundle of fat quarters. A magnificent piece of green and gold threaded fabric and some antique English floral fabric. I also had a bit of a spree at Hobbysew at Pennant Hills. Got some gadgets, a Snowman panel for Christmas, a new 2 inch bias binding aid, huge quilting pins, snap closures etc. etc. etc. Plus a lovely Thai Beef salad at the 'local' pub. Love Chris
Chris glad you had a lovely time with us for your B'day, Thankyou for sharing :)
Yea!!!!!!!!!!!! Another "Shop till you drop" day. Looks like fun. hugs Marg
Ha ha! Marg, it was something like that - instead shop till you ran out of money. Love Chris
You didn't need to say that all of you enjoyed a good time together. Your faces are telling us. Nice to see all of you.
Yes, it was lovely in that shop! Except for the smell of the fabric. The lady who owned it was a smoker and it permeated through all the fabrics. I washed all the fabric when I got home! Love Chris
