Hi, I just thought i should point out that not All designs are suitable to embroider as FSL, they have to be specifically digitised as FSL, which Cute Heart alphabet is. FSL needs to have a very specific structure, or foundation, of stitches otherwise it would just fall apart when you wash out the water soluble stabiliser, so if you have no FSL designs you should search for them using FSL (free standing lace) as your seach criteria. I have added links to FSL search results at Sick ($4 set) and Emblibrary for you. Hope this helps. hugs n roses, M
It is as easy as any embroidery.Just follow the advice from joaniessw and dlonnahawkins and you can't go wrong.
Hope we will see something made in FSL from you soon. *4U
Don't be afraid to try it. It's fun, and you can make some very nice things with FSL designs. *4U

I did the "E" and posted it in projects when it came out. I hooped two layers of H2O Gone, which of course is a wss. 3 colors, 1st is the outline, 2nd is the background, 3rd is the letter. I really like the way it turned out. *4U ><>
FSL is done on a water Soluble Stabilizer (WSS). The design is stitched using the same thread in bobbin and top. After the design is stitched, you wash away the stabilizer, and allow the design to dry. Quite easy, and dramatic results with these designs. I am sure you will love it once you give it a try.
