A few more peanut burpies. These all have the frayed edges & thanks again to Gerry for helping me to create them. I was wondering if these should be washed before I give them? Some are for a gift others are for a purchased gift basket. I was thinking if I washed them they may look used? I made them the same on both sides & I am a big fan of the echo quilted so I did that on these too.

They are going to so useful to the new parents. I've seen where they have taken a wire brush and couched/brushed the edges to fray so not to have to wash them.

I would wash them so the edges fray, otherwise the just look unfinished. When I do my baby quilts with the frayed edges I run them through the agitation cycle twice to really fray the edges.

That is just what hubby thought I was making LOL. I think doing it in bones or some other dog fabric might be cuter then Superman LOL thanks Mary

Here is the tutorial link, I did make mine narrower in the middle then the instructions call for. I also added almost an inch to the outside for a longer fringe.
