APPLIQUE TIP

OK You would love to do some applique work but the thought of removing all those bits of paper from the fabric puts you off. And then you have to remember where the bits go. Well help is now at hand.
follow this simple way of doing things and you will once more enjoy this craft.
As normal fuse your bond a web to your fabric and when cool REMOVE THE PAPER.
. YES THAT'S WHAT I SAID.
remove the backing paper and then trace the designs onto the paper using a normal lead pencil . number the sections as you go if need be.
next simply lay the paper FACE DOWN (this is important) back onto the fabric, place a silicon sheet over the top and press with your iron.
Now you can remove ALL the paper in one go,and when you do you will find that the carbon tracing has been transfered to the fabric and all you need do it cut out the sections as required.
Now how easy is that? Just. use a white marker pencil for dark fabrics
enjoy . annie
