I have been having issues with my sewing program freezing & I have been without it since last Tuesday. I have been suffering serious with-drawl. I have been on the phone to the Janome center & have left messages many times & today she called me back ( she emailed me too but that didn't work) & went into my pc & upgraded my program & said this one is flawless & now I am back up & running I am so excited to have it back again that I just wanted to share the news with you! Thank to the cuties who tried to help me with this too! YEH IT WORKS

Fantastic news...what exactly did you do to upgrade...did you get the new MBX 4.5 upgrade?...or is it the upgrade from the Janome site?
