Just paid for nativity set from embroidery designs plus---site HORRIBLE----took several tries and frustrations to FINALLY get to the download page-----very confusing directions to download----then only got 19 of the 21 I paid for---sent 2 emails---both came back---mailbox full---FRUSTRATING and DISAPPOINTING and making EXTREMELY UNHAPPY-----I expect it if it is a freebie site----but not from a site where I PAID FOR THE DESIGNS and cannot get all that I paid for----is anyone else having issues or did anyone else have issues with the site-----hoping it is just me---but if they have a full mailbox perhaps others had an issue and I am not alone---Hoping to hear from other Cuties on this issue---

It might be better to contact the digitizers direct through their own website and let them know of the problem on Embroidery Designs Plus.

I buy from the regularly and never had a problem. What I do is I sign in, therreafter I go to the far right hand grey tab which reads My purchases & wishlist. Then I go to the particular order that I want to download - I click on the blue order number and then on the right hand side towards the bottom there is a download button. I've never had a problem with my downloads. Hope you get sorted out. As far as I know, but might be mistaken, it is the same lady from Embroidery Billboard dealing with this site too (Pam Hanson?)

I went through all the procedures you mentioned----did not get 2 of the designs----they would not come through in PES---REPEATED emails to them---NONE answered----mailbox FULL--very frustrated and disappointed----LIVE CHAT (what a joke) OFF---will think THREE TIMES before purchasing from them again---Thanks for your help and God bless you.

Is this the site? I've never been there before. Or I've been there and they look different.
