Thanks for inspiring me sewilso, she mentioned a sausage pillowcase by the Missouri Star Quilt Co so I had to look it up & see what she was talking about & here it is! The fastest & prettiest pillowcase I have ever made! Choosing fabric & cutting & sewing plus heirloom stitching the top done in 30 minutes that includes ironing it to! Now I have a perfectly pretty pink pair!

lol!!! You tickled me. I can't believe you already did one of these! Aren't they fun, it takes me longer to pick out my fabrics than to actually do them. I see you did a decorative edgestitch too. Beautiful fabric choices!!!!

If I remember correctly she did a seam on the serger, they can also be done with a french seam so the insides will never fray. Either way the end result is your custom pillowcase which you can admire. :)

I have just watched this , you have made a great job of it Loralye, you could do a single piece and make a sheet to match. love your fabric.
Hugs Pam.

I've never done a sheet. What I do is just coordinate a sheet set if you want to. Otherwise the sheets are covered up with the comforter so all you see is a pretty pillowcase nicer and unlike any store bought ones. Sharon
