I'm glad you got this all sorted out, and got your designs. Venting is ok, sometimes it's that one little last straw that makes us kind of blow our stack. But you did tell them the problem, and you did get it fixed, so, happy sewing!! Hugs, Marji

Glad you were sorted - I get their daily e-mail and I often buy some packs - got quite a few of the dakota collectables this way.

And so much more affordable with their daily deals...Just purchased antique tractors-----just like those we had on the farm in Kansas----downloaded with NO PROBLEM:):):):)God bless you!!!!
