I'm so sorry. Find time to laugh even in the dark times. I lost my younger sister May 2 2013, after her 20+ years battling breast cancer. I took her for treatments and dr. appointments for most of that time. During the last seven years, we took cards and played while we waited for her treatment (IV) to complete. Everyone wonder what we were laughing about as we played cards, colored pictures. Laughter is a good medicine for anyone ill. My prayers are with you, your family and Jim and Rocky. Cherish each moment. Hugs, Max
Oh my, this is one of the situations I have trouble with. I pray that you all feel the comfort of God's abundant and everlasting love through this time.

prayers for your friends and for you. keep the faith. hugs, Gerry
Diane, I understand well the struggles family and friends go through fighting cancer, as I have lost several loved ones during the past five years. I pray the Lord will give all of you the strength that passes understanding. May blessings be abundant for Jim and his family each day to provide their needs, ease their worries, and give them peace.
Hugs, Angel
I am glad you came here and expressed your feelings. It is easier when one can share. I love Rescuers answer. She said it so well.
I will keep everyone in my prayers.
Hugs Angie
I am sure you are there to help because the Lord knows you will have true empathy and great compassion for your friends. The Lord does his work through each of us. Be sure to turn to him in this. He will buoy you up.
