I have made a reversible bib with the Buffalo Bills Fabric. I have pre-quilted a very large pc which has taken me two days & I am cutting it up to use where needed. The sex of the baby is unknown & I hate sewing binding on I am not good @ it @ all! I guess using a zigzag stitch is a much better way to attach it.

I say kudos to you. The bib looks great. I think we all belong to the binding is no fun team.

Try this: cut fabric on bias if using on curves, otherwise straight cut. Use one layer and attach to fabric3/8 to 1/2", turn and turn IN binding on opposite side(like a hem). pin. if any parts are not good, try trimming fabric(not bias) just a little so it seats well. I use 2inch strips. Always come out good. Hope this helps. btw, your quilting is perfect. betty

No I layered the fabric & then the batting & the red backing & quilted a very big piece so that I would have a large pc to work with then I cut out a bib & had to do the binding on the machine. I do have a lot of fabric that they have sent me to work with. Thanks Micheline, hugs ****

The binding is something one has to practice on. I have a binding foot and still can make a mess of it. The quilting looks like you brought it that way nice and neat.

The quilting although takes for ever is the easy part for me & the binding with a binding foot or not is always off! Thanks ****
