Does anyone use the Floriani Embroidery Suite Pro?

(Not the Total Control).

I have had this software for almost 2 years (2yrs in Jan) and STILL don't know how to use it.

Although I have figured out how to save designs in other formats, but that is about all I can do.

I tried the webinar videos but I get to easily distracted plus for me to do them I like to set up my laptop on my desk and watch the videos while I am on my desktop computer trying to follow along.

I have the Auto-Digitizing & Applique module from Floriani, and I also own the Stitch 'N Sew Digitizing Software. It took me almost a year before I was comfortable enough to sell my designs.
I read everything I could get my hands on, took as many classes & webinars that I could find. I also purchased a book, "Digitizing Made Easy" by John Deere (only $19) at Amazon. It is a non-specific software guide, and has a lot of pointers that will help you. I still pick it up and look things up.
Try just watching the Floriani webinars. He moves pretty fast through them, and anyone would have a hard time performing the digitizing along with him. More than anything- practice, practice, practice. It'll come to you!
I've been selling my designs for a year and half now, and have over 300 of them. If I can do it, I know you can, too! I'm always available if you have any specific questions-I actually taught a friend of mine how to digitize, and she sells her designs as well
Hope this helps!

I've had FESP for 2 years also and, like you, I've figured out how to save designs and merge designs too, but the digitizing aspect is not as easy to master (was led to believe this was so easy - NOT), and the dealer where I purchased the software is not helpful at all. This dealer is NOT my dealer and I will NEVER enter their store again. It's sad after spending all that money that I'm no better off now than I was before I bought this software. I'm a "visual" person, show me once and I usually get it, and trying to learn this software has not been very easy. Wish I had purchased Embird or Sew What Pro, a LOT less money and probably just as good. The really BAD thing is this software cannot be sold to anyone else, so basically I'm stuck with it and Floriani has my money.

Hi
I have had Floriani Pro for several years, and couldn't find any help. I finally found Rose Cottage, Vivian Gibson has non-specific software lessons, which really got me going, it was several months later before Floriani got the forum up, and by then I was really into the basics. I believe she charges $5 a lesson. I know the feeling of spending all that money and not being able to use it. Lots of Luck

I also have the software but am at a loss with it. I am waiting to go home next year to my dealer who will help me out. I wish you success in figuring it out.

I have this software also, but I have a wonderful dealer who is continually offering lessons. We got a book with our software and did every lesson along with the book, learned a lot from doing that. Follow the lessons through to the end of the book and you will learn and pick up some tips and also watch all the videos on the Floriani website. Hope this helps.
