A month ago I visited CalicoCali and tried to download the free Cat. The owner of the site, Kat Fehr saw that I was unsuccessful and e-mailed me. After many attempts and e-mails to me, she was finally able to fix the problem.

I am overwhelmed by her kindness for a 'free design' and my faith in humanity has been restored big time.
Kat tells me she is having a Black Friday sale of 50% reduction on all designs if you use the code BLACKFRIDAY on Friday 11/29/13

I have tried my new link and it works - This has been at 6.30 am South African time. I do hope you can find the site. Kat has said that if anyone has a problem downloading designs, please contact her and she will try and assist you. I will e-mail her to find out whether she has had problems with her site.

I've been unable to find the site with your links, so I did a google search and found the site. It has the same links and they don't work either. I was able to get to the calicocali blogspot, but the link there gives me the same error. I presume they are experiencing web site difficulties.

It is wonderful to hear of such good customer service. Unfortunately, I too, could not get to this site and I tried several times so perhaps there is a problem somewear along the line.

I can tell you as a business owner that customers who will go to the trouble that you have here is rare. Typically if you do a good job, 1 will respond positively and maybe tell 1 person. If there is a problem, 9 out of ten will tell someone how poorly it went. Thank you for giving positive reinforcement to a well done job.


You have doubled the link and that is why it isn't working. You can change it by clicking on the add comment box underneath your message and choosing "edit this post". It can then be changed. ;)
