Good morning in this side of the world, Dominican Republic, I saw an embroidery machine at Ken's sewing center, Is this a reliable site? Your opinion about buying through internet stores, even though I have no other choice, if I buy it I will shipped it to my private post office in Doral, Fl. then they will send it to DR. Have no idea how much it will cost and worry about so many traveling for the machine. Thank you

I have purchased 2 machines and a serger from Ken's over the years. They are excellent on servicing my machines. Since I live nearby I don't know about their internet sales but I would think it should be fine.

I haven't personally dealt with them, but they have been in business since 1971 and have a 30 day money back guarantee....a pretty good record, in my opinion. They have much information on the web site on the left. Click through and get some answers to your questions. I'll bet if you call they will be happy to estimate shipping to DR.

I have not dealt with Ken's but I have heard only good things about him.

A little over a year ago I got one from them...mine was a Brother SE400. They were fast and got it when they said I would....The only problem is I out grew the 4x4 hoop real fast.
