These ornaments you've done certainly look lovely. Wondered was your machine taken or not& you're okay physically too? God's blessings &comfort to you. :~D
We are fine as we were away when we had that unwanted visitor. Fortunately they left my machines. Just took my laptop and a small wallsafe with some jewelry in it. And they looked for money - there was only a handful of old 5 builder cent pieces, completely worthless, but they took that as well.
Absolutely love it. Had to try it out tonight and cannot wait for the weekend to make more. Mine is not as perfect but I am surely going to practise. My children are fighting to have it, Hubby wants it on the tree. A definite winner.
Thank you! Nice to know you liked it!
I did two that I embroidered on both sides, but although I pinned it the back was not perfectly centered, so the others are embroidered on one only.
I am so very pleased that you are back to your digitizing. The snowflakes are beautiful. Hugs Sarah.
These are so.o.o. pretty, I am sure they would look good in any color, but the red and white really 'pop'...Avery's been helping me sew/surge today(LOL) and 'we" send you warm wishes.
I love the red and white ornaments. They are just so Christmas!
I love these (I know I posted before) and you have inspired me -- today I have been playing with my 5D embroidery.
I apologize earlier for asking if they were for sale, I have been ill quite a while and forgot all that you have been through recently!
Prayers are with you and many "Thanks" for all you have shared with us. Bless you!
I am pleased to hear you decided to play with 5D - you'll be able to make your own special ornament and that always gives me a fealing of satisfaction.
As for mine: the design will be for sale on Yoriko's site, www.mygardened.com.
These are so festive!! Just love them! Hugs to you, Laura*
I am sorry you were burglarized. I would be devastated losing my laptop with all my software and things. Glad you are up and running again with your sewing projects.
Martine........great recovery from your laptop fiasco......these ornies are beautiful!!
Thank you all, ladies! Losing my laptop was so inconvenient and setting up the new one took quite some time. But i digitising again and your lovely comments are just what I needed to go on! Thanks again!
So sorry for the "set back" - wonderful to see your "new" designs!!! They are beautiful! Hugs, Laura*
Your ornaments are so lovely! I am sorry to hear about your burglary.
They are so nice and look very festive, looks like it will be a good seller.
Je suis de tout coeur avec vous et heureuse que vous repreniez la couture créative. Vos étoiles sont bien faites et très mignonnes.
Merci pour le partage et à très bientôt j'espère.
Amitiés de France.
They are beautiful! Your projects always turn out so well done. Congratulations on getting out of the non-creative mode. You have recovered much faster than I would have done in similar circumstances.
Hugs
So happy for you that you feel once again like creating and stitching. One has to keep calling their Insurance companies to get them moving and here in the U.S. some people will have the local news station come and see what they can get done for them by putting their issue on the news. You shouldn't have to be inconvenienced so long for the price you pay to have insurance coverage.
So sorry about the burglary! Your digitizing is absolutely lovely.
excellent wish dbc was open u usually give us your latest designs and for that i have been very thank-full over the years hugs
Simple and beautiful ornaments! Love them. It's great to see that you have restarted creating and digitizing.
Hugs, Lidia
Thank you, it was about time, wasn't it! I found à number of missing files on my USB-sticks i used to test them and recreated some design files, but not all. So glad you could send me the doilies!!
o I hope you can put yourself in the right order . It takes a long time in any case. I am so sad for you and hope you have back up to see why this happened to make sure you are safe in the future.
these are fantastic I love them .
hugs pam.
Thank you. Getting startend was the hard thing, sering how well they looked and getting all those lovely responses is just what I needed to do more!
I am glad that you are feeling like sewing again Martine. It is such a violation when something as tragic as that happens. I have kept you in my prayers. Hugs & one more for good measure, Loralye
Thanks Loralye. It's the inconvenience afterwards that is such a bore. We still have the doors boarded up as the insurance is in no hurry, especially after a storm a couple of weeks ago that caused a lot of damage and destruction. And of course, you want a new roof over your head when that's blown away and deserve to jump the queue. But it would be nice to be able to see through the windows come Christmas. If not, I have a nice place on which to nail my Chritmas cards :) Hugs to you too!
Love these...especially just having them red and white..so classic!
Thank you. I thought about blue and silver but thought the red and white would appeal to more people.
Never thought of blue and silver. I think it will be an awesome color scheme too.
