11/30/2013 Awesome Customer Service.
I just recently started to purchase designs from Threads and Scissors. Since they have a wonderful sale going I was a bit over enthusiastic and double ordered 2 of the designs on different dates. I figured oh well my mistake and when one gets multitude of designs for as little as $ 1.25 one should not complain about their own mistake.
2 days later I received an e-mail from them saying that they have noticed the duplicate orders and asked if I intended to order two and to let them know. I answered telling them that it was my mistake. The same day I received an answer that my PayPal account was credited for the amount. Now that is customer service.

Had the same thing happen to me....figured since it was my mistake I wasn't going to ask for my money back on the one $1.00 design set. When they found out I only wanted one set they credited my Pay Pal account.
