Is this Seweezy in Gainsborough? It won't be the same if its had a makeover!

I wouldn't trust that wireless part. As much trouble I have keeping my computer problems under control, I can just see my computer deciding not to work on the day I want to do ME. Not to mention all the new stuff on would have to buy if you don't already have all the tech needed to support the machine.
While I can't afford that price, I wouldn't mind paying so much for machines if they didn't get outdated so often that they are considered "obsolete" and they can't can't repair them.
I really like the idea of sending designs wirelessly (no more cords or USBs) but I wonder if it will try to sew out documents sent wirelessly to a printer or vice versa.
I have seen this machine being demo'ed at a local dealer...I think the I-Pad connectivity was cool, but not sure how much I would really use it...it is not compatible with the digitizing software...and with all of this hoop-lah around the new machine...I am dumbfounded that they are still using their antiquated cloth-setter for their design placement...what's up with that!!!
Hi Sue this looks mind boggling. The cost is more than a multi needle machine. Looks like you have Christmas, birthdays and any other special occasions that you need a present covered for the next few years. I have heard a little about the machine but did not know the price.
It is steep, I am looking at getting a 10 needle when my husband retires. But oh what you can do with these machines. So save your money and I do hope you manage to buy one eventually.
Wow!!! I don't even have a phone that will download an app. I guess I have some catching up to do. I haven't to UK since 1996 I do not have a clue how to convert. I remember in the 1980's if something cost 1 pound, it was about $2. Prices changed by the 1990's. I think the new Berninas are about $12,000. here in USA.
I love Bernina...but if I had that kind of money I would get a 6 needle brother and still have a lot to spend on accessories.
Muffy :)
Yep you get an ipad, Do they have machine trade in allowance? that is how Brother gets us in to new machines! Than they fix them and sell them again!
