My daughter told me that her youngest son who loves cars is having trouble sleeping.............seems he prefers flannel pillow cases to cotton. So I had to make a new one for him for the holidays. Finding cars that are not from the CARS Disney in flannel was a challenge but I was fortunate enough to find this fabric & I think it works well.
