Kai no kuchi - Christmas ornament or gift box. Made ITH very quickly , although it needs to be finished by hand.

Just squeeze the ends to open.

Kai No Kuchi means Shell's Mouth in Japanese. It is a Japanese traditional handicraft for storing little things, especially great for storing your favorite jewelry. It's is a great design Sue! Hugs, Yoriko

I used to do something similar by hand and put thin cardboard in the parts. Much easier to do it your way!
