This is very gorgeous, will have to go and check these out. Thanks for sharing the beauty. :)
Hi sewmom, I just saw this message. All I can say is, THANK YOU for showing this!
Your angel and the photo are beautiful!!!
Hugs!
Sonia Showalter
She is breathtaking. Sonia is truly a gifted digitizer.
Thanks so much for sharing this angel! Sonia's FSL angels are just amazing, I have a few of the Angels of Light and I marvel every time I sew them out. Not only is the digitizing great, and really dimensional, but she always has such unusual and beautiful ideas, very creative. I love your work on this angel, love the color choices! Hugs, Marji
She is beautiful, thanks for sharing her...I agree Sonia's designs are beautiful and sew out great.
All of Sonia's designs are worth every penny!Stitch out perfect the recipients loved them. You can't go wrong.
wow she is indeed very beautiful may she bring much happiness with her :-)
This is absolutely perfect! I bought the one that has the nativity in it and can't wait to stitch it when I get my ULT back! You must have had a perfect tuneup on your machine too!
I don't know if my tuneup was good or not. I keep having little problems but it could be user error. There are always so many things that can go wrong. I just tried another Angel with a gold needle but I ended up with frayed thread and black spots underneath where the thread got nested a bit. Back to the 11 needle.....tomorrow, I'm too frustrated now.
You might ask why I tried a different needle. It was suggested by someone I trusted so I figured I would try it.
Lovely angel. I have them but have not sewn any out as yet. Shirley
this is one of my favorite angels! well done sewmom, hugs Loralye
I made these for the girls in our social group. They loved them. Sonia did a wonderful job digitizing them.
Lovely. The design is almost dimensional with detail..
Actually it is dimensional. The leaves are layered and the berries are like candle wicking on top of the leaves. So, yes, lots of depth!
I don't think the picture does it justice but the star is gold metallic thread and it is also layered high.
Thanks for that information. If I ever tackle one of these I will know to triple up on the WSS.
Capoodle, it may seem dense, but it is not. Two layers is what I recommend and it is plenty. Three dimensional is what I strive for when I design, but my designs are not dense. They are very easy to stitch. :) I hope that eliminates any fears! :)
Beautiful! I have them all but have yet to embroider any. Definitely on my list for next Christmas.
IT is so pretty! I had picked up a few of these but have yet to sew them.
Hi Good job i did some of these angels last year and they turn out perfect. A real joy to make.......
I've got all of her Angels, Angels of light series and the Alphabets and you are right they are absolutely perfect. Well done on your Angel, she is beautiful. Love Chris
