you said the center piece was 8" what size did you cut the other pieces width at the narrow end and width at the widest. They are beautiful and would make great Christmas presents.
I don't have the pattern here with me but measuring the table centre I have here it would seem that about two and a half inches at the top and five and a half across the widest part, that's if my seams are correct. G
