Thanks for the link.I printed several pattern pieces for the hats and the hats.Your mittens look great.I have a childs pattern, for a few years, but never made them.Maybe now I will
I had the pattern for quite some time too but I am more a glove person. But then this weather hit us and my poor fingers were little numb stubs so I decided it was time for some mittens. They go together very quickly and without the embroidery you could cut your time in half.
a terrific pair of mitts & will be well used in this frigid weather, hugs
These are very pretty and fitting to the current frigid blast. I have even thought of reg finger gloves with finger less over them. Double up. I don't like being restricted hand use. I go out to check on my chickens. But this kind of weather when you go out even for that little fraction of time you know you got to wear gloves or double up on or wear mittens. Thanks for the link I may whip up a pair for GKs.
I have them closed in out of the weather. I did get a egg missed today and it was frozen and cracked.
Your mittens look great. Thank you for sharing the link to get the pattern. I may need to get busy and make some too. They say it is going to be in the 20s here in Florida tomorrow morning. I am not looking forward to that. Stay warm, Susan
Thanks for the warm wishes, I'll trade you my -10 (wind chill -28) for your 20's and send you the mittens as a bonus. LOL
Love the colour and they are so practical. We've been seeing the dreadful weather all the way over here in Australia. I hope you are all o.k. Love Chris
Looking at the news of the weather in the states these would be good if you realy had to go outdoors. They look lovely. G
Great idea to thwart the arctic blast we have been experiencing.
