I've been untwisting by trying out a new idea today. This little mermaid is quickly made in two hoopings (although it did take a while to turn her through!) Back to the drawing board now though as I think her face needs more character.

1116sue do you have a turning tool for dolls, if not try a biro pen without the refill, and something like a satay stick, blunt end , is used, put the tube inside the part to turn (arm, fin) this is with rightside still inside, tube in upto the very end hold tube and push the blunt end into the tube where the end is and it will start to turn, hermostats are usefull to, there like a long thin pair of tweezers to gt hold of the part you are turning. hope you can understand,hard to explain...wendy

I use a pair of blunt ended dissecting forceps. I wouldn't be without them!
