I am having a problem with Wilcome Truesizer. It will not convert any design for me.

Yes I have, and I've done what they said to....It won't convert any design. I am going to uninstall it...I don't really need it. I have Embird that converts most formats. To say nothing of how many designs I have! Thanks

I haven't had any problems with my free limited version, but it won't convert to VP3 (I can convert to HUS). I know there are newer versions, so perhaps you need to install a newer one. Usually a newer version of software will still read old files, but newer files might not be read by older versions. I think this is what this part of your message (Native designs may have been created in a more recent version, and updating your system may allow the design to be opened.) is saying.

I redownloaded it today!

I have twice tried to upload a jpg of the error message...but it won't let me. I will try to write it out.
This file does not match the expected format for this extension.
Native designs may have been created in a more recent version, and updating your system may allow the design to be opened. For other design files, the source software may be creating non-standard formats, check with the source of the files...
I have no idea what they are talking about, this is one of their files!

If you are using Internet Explorer (the blue "e") then the last update from Microsoft made it so pictures will not upload here. Use Chrome or Firefox to upload pictures as a work around until they fix it.
I am not sure what to tell you about Wilcom. Have you looked to see if they have a fix for this issue?
