My computer ran amuck and we are will trying to get things to work in it. I have lots of info ,letters, etc... Everything was backed up but things did not go back as they should. Lots of glitches to fix. We have been at it all week. Why people get joy in doing this to you is beyond me. Thanks for listening... Just frustrated... Suzanne

The computer gremlins are vicious. I've had to return mine to factory settings once in August and then right before Christmas after I finished the last design. Learned a lot from the August reset and after Christmas things went smoothly. Like you my information was backed up and I only lost a few designs. Our daughters computer got a trojan a couple weeks ago and it took me an hour to get it off after she tried for three hours and was about to restore to factory settings.. Wish I could have gotten that lucky on mine and we have the same virus protection. I do feel your frustration as if they don't have something better to do than mess up our computers.

Yes, we have all been through something similar. Very frustrating. Here's a quick fix, but not a very bright one in the end. ;)
