NO SLIP >Here's an idea to keep towels from falling off the oven door unto the floor;

Use Velcro on two sides and there you have it . I might embroider on it another day !!Goodnight my cute friends:):)

I have been thinking for months how to fix my towel on the stove handle problem. The only problem I have with velco is going in the washer and dryer and coming out glued to another and the sticky part of the velco gets all yucked up.

does it still do that with the new kind of Velcro - the one that comes with only one side? I think it's softer and combines soft hooks and fluff on both sides. I have seen it but not worked with it yet. This is such a good idea!

Works well for me and seems to stick to its self only???

Am using this for some years lol, such a good idea.
I saw it at a friends house who had an AGA and they sold something like it for a lot of money. So thought excellent idea, can make that myself, no problem.
Put a nice embroidery on it of a chef. Amazing yours is plain lol as you always make so many lovely things. I am sure other cuties will copy this.

It looks like a continuous loop something like the old cloth dryers in the public restrooms ~ well years ago. lol Good Idea cause you can turn it for a new dry spot.

You know quite well that NONE of us are 'old' enough to remember the continuous loop towels in public restrooms...and to think so many people survived those...anyway, we just aren't old enough to know about those things. lol and yes it is a good idea

Hey! those continuous loop towels are making a come back.
I have used a few in some Ladies only in the last month - during the round of Christmas parties - so don't ask where I was and I only drank soft drinks. : -)
I will be chopping up a large bath towel into smaller lengths and using buttons and buttonholes for my 'looping' as I don't have any of the new Velcro and I am on "No Spend" till my stash decreases.
