My father was an electrical engineer and if you are living in a trailer a mouse or some other rodent could have chewed on the wiring. They pull insulation to make bedding from and chew on the warm wires. Be extremely cautious until the electrician can check out all the wiring. Unplug everything you are not using: can opener, toaster, TV, and especially things that are charging pull out those plugs also as some have the red glowing lights that continue to use current even when nothing is plugged into them.
What is really wierd is last night it just popped back on like nothing ever happened! The light came on in the living room, the lights over the stove works, the outside lights now work and my embroidery machine popped back on. I have no idea what is going on but I hope the landlord is smart enough to still have the electrician take a look at it so it won't happen again. Maybe there are exposed wires that had frozen and thawed out. I really don't know, but everything is back to what it was! Really strange! lol

I am sorry to hear you have to be cold. That is a long time to be so uncomfortable. I hope the electrician gets there early on Tuesday and fixes it quickly.
The same thing happened to me last week... uggghhh! I am in Oklahoma so my weather was pretty warm. Hope you get yours fixed soon.

Stay warm and sew. A quilter doesn't let anything slow her down or get in her way. Good luck getting your electricity fixed soon.
Oh Meri! I am so sorry to hear of your troubles & do hope that you are not in snow country. I will add you to my prayers that God watches over you & your hubby & sends you someone to help out. Hugs Loralye
