This was a quilt I made for my boss before leaving Saudi Arabia. It was a pictorial quilt of the time that I was there with the hospital name, department and logos all embroidered.

Yes I worked while over there however, I made this one after I resigned. It was a very emotional quilt to make but at the same time, very therapeutic! A good way to close a chapter in my life and turn to the next one!

Wow - that is a lovely tribute. I'm sure your formaer boss will cherish this quilt forever. I hope he has it displayed prominently on a wall.
