Thank you so much for the tutorial, I am really going to make 15 little girls very happy!
These fabrics are strong for making purses. Are you having to use a heavier sewing machine needle?
I used the same needle as allways, the fabric is a chenille.
May be, there is a problem if the fabrics are stronger, then I will use a jeansneedle, but then it will be a bigger problem to sew trough 8 pieces fabric in the part with the foldet bottom.
Thanks so much for this good tutorial!!! You have made many happy by sharing!!! JM
How to sew it, you can find there
Please do show us how you did this with 3 seams! It is beautiful! I have some swatches also & would love to use some of them up!
If you have a LARGE hoop you can make them in the hoop and then you only do two seams by machine (the side seams). I did several that way. Here is one. http://youembroidery.com/23602_it...
Oh, PLEASE, show us how you did this with only three seams! It is VERY CUTE!!! JM
Terrific job on this purse, I love what you have done and I went back to your post you linked here and mentioned how you can tell if you can wash or not. I hope it helps. hugs~mary
I love what you have done with the first swatch. I can't wait to see what else you do.
So pretty. Love your creative touch of off centre applique.
Fantastic job on this purse!! Love your use of colors and design!
This looks very professional, would love to know how to make it as I have to make quite a few for a local charitable organisation.
This is lovely, and it does sound quite easy to do. I like how all the edges are finished off, even on the inside. Makes it look very professional. Well done!!
It looks very pretty! You're going to have lots of fun coming up with goodies to make! What about a patchwork wallet too? I had one on my to do list the past few years. lol! Lots to do when I retire.
this is very pretty, sounds easy enough to make, great job
