Glad everything is ok for now. Those storms in the South West of England with all the flooding are getting really scary! Boy, I thought our snow and cold was bad, but too much water is just the worst! All UK Cuties, please stay high and dry, and be well, you are all in my best thoughts and prayers. Hugs, Marji
Power back after a 28 hour power cut. Thanks to all for commenting
hope she and all cuties are safe.. This is now turning into a real mess
here in the UK..
Big hugs from London xx
thank you for the update. Great she is okay! Hope electricity will be back soon for her .
I've just spoken to Caroline on the phone. She and her family are OK but they have no electricity. More storms due tomorrow as well.
I saw the 6 o'clock news. The weather has been abnormal for weeks on end now. I so hope it will change for the better soon.
Saw those mighty pumps at work, but it seems rather futile given how large the afflicted areas are.
Caroline lives on the cliff top so at least she isn't worried about flooding!
I am joining Jerilyn in prayers. It is disheartening to watch the news and see so many places dealing with disastrous weather conditions.

Hope all of you stay safe and can stay warm...been reading about the high winds of over 106 mph...prayers to all of you...
Stopping right now to say a prayer for Caroline. Thanks for posting and let us know if you find out anything.
Yikes! My daughter and my sister who live north of me by maybe 12 miles are both without power. If I disappear........
I think I've made it. The snow is starting to melt and it's up to 40 degrees so unless the temps drop drastically and re-freeze everything this one is over here. Prayers for all still in the path.
Oh no! I had not heard that they were so bad. No phone? - no BUDDY can reach her. Catch the pun on words?
I do hope she is OK. The storms have me worried about many Cuties.
Hope Caroline is fine and all the UK cuties. Have not heard anything from Dennis either. Perhaps he is still waiting for his machine to be fixed.
Yuck big time. I have been there thanks to ice storms and hurricanes. I hope she is safe. We already have 4 inches and are now getting hit with sleet. It is a nasty storm.
Sure hope she has a warm blankee and good book! Hugs. Nan W
