It is homespun fabric. What is really nice about it, you can rip it which makes it have frayed edges.
1011I love that fabric hair, never would have thought to use that. Cute pair!

Thank you. The only way it will fit a 4x4 hoop is to reduce the design. I have a Bernina and the smallest fits the large hoop. The other 2 sizes fit the mega hoop.
