Cutes I need to clarify somwthing here. There r 2 pics of the crazy quilt. Read the explanation on the one that is the top part of the quilt. I did not do this! It was done n 1912 .more--

I saw the post showing the date. Of course it was AFTER I added my comment. Now don't I feel smart. It's a beautiful quilt and you're fortunate to have it.

I looked at them in the wrong order, but did not say anything that was silly in hindsight. 95 years old and so beautiful! My father was born the year this quilt was made, he does not look that pristine ;-). Hehehe

If u look closely onart. at top U will see the date embroidered by my hubby's G.Mother is 1912 Just wanted u to see how lovely it is. It has silk, cotton, wool,every kink of fabric that was available at that time in it. & the embroidery is exquisite. wish u could see it up close.
