Has anyone used the washaway-tearaway stabilizer. My baby lock dealer was saying how wonderful it is. Someone has sent me an E-mail with it on special. I didn't know what it was, so I deleted it. Does anyone know where the best deal is on it. Thank You. Sandy

I have used it, and as pcteddy said you still have to pick to remove it all. It works great with white fabrics, since you can't see it. Also, I found it is not very reusable. It is more like paper than cloth.

o.k. thanks, sounds just like something to buy that costs more.

when they first came out with this I think it was intended to be more for delicate embroidery on fine, sheer fabrics that you wouldn't want any see through shadow. Then the usage got changed and possibly the product. It used to wash away very easily. I don't have any more of the old and haven't seen the newer version so can't compare.

I personally did not like it (I got a role of the Floriani). You still have to tear away most of it and it takes a while for the rest to "wash-away" (if ever). I don't generally use tear-away for anything... I hate to pick out the remnants.
