The heart is on glitter puffy foam. The birder sticks up about a quarter of an inch. Because the foam has glitter in it, I cover it with clear plastic vinyl..

The heart really dresses up this garment. I hope you will try the foam on lots of thing.

Thanks! It is so easy to use. Works for a great stabilizer.. lol Just need to add a thicker border.
