Is anyone going to Martha Pullen's School in Huntsville in July? Would be neat if any cuties were there and we could meet each other! I am going and taking my 10 yr old gd who lives there.

Gerry I'm just simply not going to have that much money to spare, it would probably run around $1,000.00 give or take a little counting meals etc even with me staying at my SNL's condo, & I do not have that much extra at this time. I really, really would like to go, but so sorry I can't.

It is costly. But it's really good. Hopefully another time. Now all 3 meals are furnished Thur, Fri & Sat and 2 on Sun. But it's still a bit of money. The gas money to get there is getting higher and higher!! It's 4 days of lots of sewing. I was worn out last year when it was over. But still loved it.

Enjoy, I understand that her classes are very good.

Sounds like fun, but I guess it's a bit far for me to go. *4U

Here is the info lbrow....I've been wishing for some weeks now that I too could go.

Tell me where to get the particulars gerry & I'll do my best to attend, My daughter & her husband have a condo there so I can stay over night. He workis n Huntsville & is there on mon.-thur. nights. comes home on Fri afternoon. I really would like to go.

lbow, the link is above. TKS, jrob. I am enrolled in the "Pillows & Purses" school done by Babylock. I have a Viking, but thought the Babylock items would be used more by my family & myself. I do know several of the schools are full. All your meals are provided through Sun. lunch! With a free condo to stay in, you'd be set! It does start at 8:30 am on Thurs. morning. I'll drive down on Wed. & stay with my daughter the whole time. Went last year, and it was awesome. She's quite a lady. Goes to church with my daughter & my gd modeled 1 of her antique dresses for a fund raiser at the church. Mendy's actually been in the real "Martha's Attic", for you who watch her show on PBS.

I wish I could go. Had promised to make a trip with DH that weekend for his Radio Control Plane competition. Next year, perhaps? ;)

There is a Huntsville, Texas too... Which Huntsville is it?

Gerry, I am assuming that is Huntsville, Alabama and not Huntsville, Utah? Hehehe! If it only were - I could go. *4U I am sure your gd will love it. *4U

I can't be there but It will be nice to know that a cutie will be in Huntsville ( not to far from Birmingham ) I watch her show on Saturday afternoon on PBS when at home. Will be at Quilt class this Saturday. Will think of you in Huntsville learning a lot. A flower for you.
