Can any digitizer explain why this happens? When I sat up this design I thought my outline was right on but as you can see the whole left side is off. The applique part came out fine. Grrrr!

I agree push & pull compensation. Can you rotate the stitch angle on the nipple beige thread & the pale pink bottle cap that may help too. I would change the angle on each one to give it depth & as well as compensate for the pull effect. Just my rookie 2 cents worth. Best of luck Linda, ~hugs~

As others have suggested, it could be pull compensation or hooping. Because you have puckering all around the bottle, I'm guessing that the design is too dense for the stabilizer/fabric combination and that you might have pulled the fabric taut when you hooped it. You might want to try it again using another layer of stabilizer -- you could float a tearaway. I'd also try not hooping the fabric -- hoop the stabilizer, use glue stick to adhere the fabric to the stabilizer and then baste in place before stitching. If you have access to digitizing software, you can try decreasing the density of the satin stitches. Casie in Yuma

I noticed when I enlarged the picture that there are gaps in all three pink areas, although the one on the left is the most obvious, as is the teat. Stabiliser may have caused some of it, but not all - there would have been more puckers along the top part.

I am still using 5D Pro and 6D seems to be quite different. I see QuiltDesign is now incorporated in 6D Embroidery Extra and Editing features are added as well, but they are not very specific about what features. So I can not be of much help.

I would inspect the embroidery file (or the .can-file if the ExpressDesign Wizard gives that option). Have a look at the editing features - enlarging the filled parts might help, as would altering the pull compensation and the stitch direction. But auto-digitising has its limitations.

Looks like pull compensation to me, I have grrrrr'd one and sure to get reminded from time to time. As Vicki said it could even been hooping issue. It is cute. Mops is needed on this one. I love her way of explaining.

I have seen it lots of times, you can fix it. Also probably need another type or another layer of stabilizer.

It may have something to do with pull compensation......that is where the stitches are pulling against the fabric....sometimes if I change the direction of the stitches it helps, or it could be a hooping issue....hopefully someone else will come along with some other pointers.... Cute design, Linda!
