Thanks for sharing info about your multi-needle machines. That is on my purchase next list, soon as I get carpet and furniture paid for. My question to you multi-needle people, and it seems Brother is a favorite.

What software do you use? Does it come with the machine or do you have to purchase it extra? Do you digitize with it? Thanks for your input.

Twee,
Please checkout Embird for any software needs for a Brother or any other brand. I have my old single needle home Brother PC8500D, which is still stitching beautifully after many years. It has had no maintenance except by me; love this brand! I now also have a fifteen needle Happy commercial machine, and I use the Embird basic software, the Iconizer (add-on feature, I love). I purchased the Studio portion quite a time ago, for learning to digitize, but haven't found time to. What is so nice about Embird is buying the features you need, as you want them, and at such reasonable cost, not to mention ease of learning to use! Can't rave highly enough about Embird!
Hugs, Angel

Hi,
When I wanted software with a machine I always had to pay extra. Before you buy, PLEASE look at Embird. It is very reasonably priced, comes in modules so you only buy what you need, is VERY user friendly and easy to learn.

I bought the full Embird suite and simply loves it. It was the best buy I ever made.

Choose Embird.

Also read the answers to hightechgrammy's question on which software to buy. Look under Community, Digitizing. The question was asked 7d ago. The software to choose was covered in great detail.

Hi I have a Brother PR650 which had been the dealers demonstration machine so I got it at a reduced price. It is a 6 needle machine. Brother regularly sell on finance and at 0% plus include all sorts of extras like the PE design. My use of it is nowhere near your knowledge of your softwear. It is possible to change formats so look into keeping and using what you have and know? Anyway have fun looking at larger machines and deciding which one. Just thought that Martine - mops is the person who has a great knowledge of different softwear and altering from the one you know or keeping it...

I use Brother Next. Unfortunately you'll have to purchase a separate program. What to buy, it depends on what you want to do.
