thanks for sharing your nice adventure with us. It felt like I was there too, and I could image the story of your dog. I hope you can have more of these trips.. and of course do share them with us ! Linda
What a great story! I loved reading about your adventures, and the dogs adventures too! Proud of you for making this solo trip, good for you !!!! Do it again, even if its only a close-by destination. **Flowers to all**
What a lovely story, glad you had a good time & dogs enjoyed the beach, xx
Glad that you have enjoyed your holiday! I enjoyed your wonderful story.
Thank you for sharing.
Hugs, Lidia
Dear Annie, I really loved your story about your dogs and the seaside pebbles. I've seen pictures of your beaches and of course over here in Australia we have golden sand! So glad you took your holiday and I'm sure it will be the first of many. Love Chris
Annie - loved reading you little story. So pleased that you had a good time and everything went so well for you. Hugs Sarah.
What a lovely adventure you have had, Annie. I am very pleased for you and thank you for your amusing post. I think that it is something about the sea air that makes dogs behave as they do, and there is nothing wrong with that. Our two behave just the same.
Well done, Annie, who is to stop you now? I am so glad it was a great moral booster or you!
A lovely read, well done to you, had to smile at doggie tricks tho....
It sounds like everyone had a lovely time, which I'm sure has encouraged you to go again soon.
Im so glad you and your fur babies had a nice time away ,you now know you can do it ,
Oh annie reading your post had me smiling form ear to ear I could just see the pooch acting as lifesaver..lol...lo. and how brave of you to go solo I don't know that I could but well done....soozie
So glad you had a lovely adventure; and arrived home safely! It sounds as if you have quite a little imp on your hands.
Sounds as if your trip was totally successful, good for you being brave enough to venture out alone. I'm sure each trip will prove easier and more enjoyable and that you will probably make lots of new friends.
What fun! Thank you for sharing the adventures of your dogs! Need to write a book! Love the stone rescue!
What a wonderful adventure! I hope you brought some of the rescues back so that tiny doggie doesn't think his hard work went unnoticed.
Good for you! It's really not that bad going solo in a motor home once you know how everything goes. I took mine and my BFF 600 miles to Florida 3 years ago to spend a week. She is very prissy and pretty "worthless". (her words not mine) but I handled everything alright except for knocking one the hubcaps off. LOL
I am so glad it was a success. If you continue you will have a pathway made from rocks and always remember where and how it came about. So funny I can just see it.
So pleased your trip was a good one and you had no problems...sounds like a wonderful time was had by all!
So pleased your 1st solo trip was a success. Sounds like your little dog really enjoyed it as well. Did you get that rug made? Hope you enjoy lots more trips. Shirley
No didn't get the rug done as i just didn.t have the time. was so tired at night i was asleep by 9.00pm and awake with the seagulls at five am. Lost 6 pound during the week so very happy about that
Annie dear sounds like you had a great time. Congratulations on your first solo journey and may it be the beginning of many, many more. Now did you buy any fabric or scissors while you were away? See you soon :)
no. no fabric, no scissors, but i did get a David Emanuel hacking jacket for just £4.00 now all i need do is loose another 16 pound and it will fit. Did loose 8 pound while away with all that raceing after tiny dog
What a wonderful adventure! Thank you for you story. I could almost see the dog acting like a naughty child. It made me smile to think of the fun you all must have been having.
Glad you are back...enjoy the next adventure!
people thought he was badly injured from all the squealing and shouting he did. but i do have a few more rocks for my garden from all the rescued ones.
So glad you had a great trip. I'm sure there will be many to follow. I know that first one by yourself was a bit unsuring. Now you're ready to venture to the unknown!
