Your anklet looks very pretty, If it works for you that is terrific O tried magnets in a knee brace a few years ago but they didn't help. Maybe it does for some and not for others.. Either way it looks great..
Thank you Marian & our instructor did say this too. I am sorry that it did not work for you but hope that you have found something that will. ~hugs~
Wow, your anklet is very pretty. Hope it works really well for you. It is a beautiful piece of jewellery.
Dear Loralye,
I love the colours in your anklet and I also love the Amber stone and Agate too that you will be doing soon.
Congratulations on doing so well with all your therapy Loralye. You inspire so many of us to keep on trying.
As Leaha says never say never and never give up. I love the picture of the Frog and the Pelican! Love Chris
My cousin was so sold on the magnets for her arthritis, she began selling them! And I had a co-worker who was comvinced a bracelet helped her arthritic hands. Either way, it's pretty.
Thank you Grace so far so good for me anyway. After my surgery I was full of static electricity & this has helped that too. No more shocks when I turn on the lights YEH! ~hugs~
love it you did a great job I have heard it does help I have a neckless and I wear it some times don't know if it helps or not I can not stand it around my neck
Hug Lenamae
Try it on your wrist & see if you can wear one there. Thank you my friend. ~hugs~
Love the colors and classy style of this. I know it will work for you because of your belief and the fact that it surrounds you with beauty...that combination always works. Congrats on your increasing abilities...'Never say Never' :0! Blessing to you :) Leaha.
Thank you very much Leaha. The encouragement helps & I always try to do my very best. ~hugs~
My, it is pretty. I hope it does help you. I love seeing you doing so well with your therapy. You have worked hard and I continue to cheer with every improvement you make.
Thank you Karen, the encouragement really helps me to keep trying no matter how difficult the worst I can do is not try! ~hugs~
Loralye, I have been making magnetic bracelets and anklets for years. But, don't hate me on this part, I do not believe in their "powers". What we have available to us is not strong enough to do any real good. So, why do I make them? Because I love the look of them, especially the doubles and it's fun. Hugs..Carol
Well the instructor tied mine for me & she did not tie it tight enough so it came apart but fortunately I was there when it happened so I had to start all over again. I'm pretty sure I could make another on my own except for the tying off part but it takes so much of my concentration I am not @ the fun part until it is all done & I see what I have made. If my knee is better all by itself well that's ok too but I think it has more to do with the type of surgery that I had? It is common @ The Brain Injury where I go that we all seem to have a lot of static electricity in our bodies & the magnets help take some of that away & for me that is a very good thing.
Lovely colors very nice ankle bracelet. I have not used magnets but just may give them a try.
I am still moving my leg to see if it hurts & I am very surprised that it does NOT! She did say that it may work right away for some but could take up to 2 weeks for others or might not work at all for some?
The silver rectangle is pewter & both the black & the blues are magnetic beads. We could pick from a wide variety of colours, I chose 2 & all the others followed suit! They al turned out so pretty.
Our Doctor stands on a mat full of magnets he believes in them fully.Cory bought me a necklace or two and i have a bracelet i think??
Love yours and i am proud of how far you have come girly:):)Carolyn
Thank you! Prayers are amazing & cuties are too! The support I continue to get is wonderful! You all inspire me to do my very best! ~hugs~
will it help out your wrist? Our instructor told us to put it close to where the pain is......we were going to make bracelets but many of us made the anklet since we have either leg or foot or lower back pain. If you have hand to shoulder & neck & head then you make a bracelet. I figured since I will have the head pain for a while yet maybe it would get rid of my knee pain so far so good? Also another class we will be taught about the Baltic Amber stone & something called Agate so I may be able to make a bracelet from those?
