Hi, I'm not sure where to post this. The links to download Amazing Butterfly Font pack (design #1038664) do not work. I tried about 7 hours ago to download the, and again 5 minutes ago. (on amazing embroidery designs site).

I did not mean any disrespect to Miss Veronica, I know she is very busy and I just meant it does not look like she has time to look at her inbox. I was hoping someone knew her and of a way to contact her other than the inbox.

It is a lovely set, and I have downloaded them one by one.

The zip files is a kind of back-up to me, as some of my older designs got corrupted in the past, and with a zip file, you just unzip and get the design back. If you do not have a zip file, you lose the design.

Just for your info. You could download the individual designs, put them into a folder and then zip the folder yourself for your back up

Whenever possible, I download more than one format to make sure I have a backup copy.
If you ever run into issues with Cute or sister sites you are welcome to ask for help and crafter2243 has given you a very good idea.
That said, Miss Veronika is always good about helping Cuties. Thanks for being patient.

I am sure she will respond as soon as she can. I do know she has been working very hard on this site.

Hi Anneliese, I've just tried it and you are right it is not working. The other way of doing it is downloading each individual letter - which you would still have to do even when you download the pack.

test is the correct name for Veronika - no inverted commas, no capitals. She may be just very busy.

Hi, I've done that, but I still like to download the set in zip files. It is sort off a back-up for me!
