I'm making some zipper bags today so while I have all my fabrics out I decided to make up some some kits. I have cut my fabric and batting to size,ironed down the edges and found a zipper that matches. Now I'll put each individual unsewn kit into a zip lock bag,the next time I want to sew these everything is ready to go. This idea would work for other projects you are making multiples of.

23282I've done that for quilting projects, too. It's super fast to stitch up when everything is gathered and ready to go. I've never thought of doing many at a time though for other projects. Thanks for the lightbulb moment.☺

At Christmas time my stockpile of projects got almost deleted so now I shall build up another. I'll make it throw it in a drawer and when I need a small gift I'll say look what I made just for you.
