Great idea, lots of time is spent pairing fabrics so if you have many to do even on mug rugs, it would be a great time saver. Thanks Bev!
I've done that for quilting projects, too. It's super fast to stitch up when everything is gathered and ready to go. I've never thought of doing many at a time though for other projects. Thanks for the lightbulb moment.☺
That's what I do for book covers and the like. Ideal when you don't have much time and need something done in a jiffy.
Hi, yes I used that idea when I was making jewelery from beads. I never thought to use it on my sewing projects. What an excellent idea. Thanks for sharing it.
Bev, I like sewing in multiples too. I have a few applique projects ready and waiting for time at the sewing machine. In the meantime, I will do some embroidery.
This is what I do too - especially when I am preparing for a show. Works really well for me.
Bev,I have actually done this and they are there waiting...meanwhile I have made other easter items and purses.Like you though, when I get ready, they are all ready to emb/personalize, if I need them quick.Great minds think alike!-lol-Toogie
Bev I love the sound of your organisation. Have fun sewing out the zipper bags when you have the time
At Christmas time my stockpile of projects got almost deleted so now I shall build up another. I'll make it throw it in a drawer and when I need a small gift I'll say look what I made just for you.
