Jumping up and down for joy! Love my Embird, love my Embird!

Where (except here) can you send an email to a supplier on a Sunday afternoon, and get a full answer back by late Monday morning/ early Monday afternoon?

I posted a question (serious to me) on Sunday evening to Embird to enquire whether I can use their aphabet-plug-ins on designs I create to sell. And by early Monday afternoon, my got two answers back.

One telling me I most definitely can (send under the of Dusan Balara), and one sending me updated registration details. (under the name of Ladislav Balara).

How amazing is that for service!

It's great to hear you got the answers you needed back so quickly. And wonderful that you shared the news of good service with us. It is important that we know who gives good AND bad service.

It's really nice when someone can give you a prompt answer to your question or at least let you know they're looking into it for you...

Hi, yes isn't it! But I did not even get the "We're looking into it" part, I just immediately got my answer. The service this family gives is just fantastic.

I've found them to be very helpful also. And they are in Europe somewhere I think.

Hi, I'm really not sure where they are based. But I send them emails in the past, and replies were as swift. Really excellent service.
