Handy little gadget, love the fabrics. Very nice. Leaha
Thank you for the info on your great key fob I have just gone to the site and bought it on sale $5,,,,,,s
You will have tons of fun with it!! Turning it a bit hard but not impossible!!! Let me know if you need any help with it!! Good luck! Laura*
were would i go to get this pattern in purple please???
The material? The fabric I used (the top) was part of a jelly roll - of greys and blacks. The polka dot was from a fat quarter bundle. It would be pretty in purple!!
Love it and the fabric is so rich looking....great job!
Hi to all, I buy my supplies from Discount Embroidery Blanks, they have everything you need to make them .You really should check them out.
Thank you for the input - I actually couldn't remember exactly where I had gotten my stash - I have had it for a while!! Thanks again!
Well done Laura, so nice & very handy to have . I am glad that you were able to make one for yourself! ~hugs~
This is nice and looks like it wiluld really be handy. Wherre do you get the hardware-what should I look for?
The hardware is called key fob hardware and you can goggle it. It can be bought on Amazon, Etsy, and Ebay. Thanks, Laura*
Very nice! I too love the idea of hanging my keys on my wrist. I need to make on of these, although I will probably do it on a regular machine. Love the hardware, can I get that at Joanns?
I get my hardware on ebay or etsy, Etsy has some mini's that are 1 inch wide and rounded on one side. The others are 1.25 inch. You can also get the webbing there
Crafters vision is another place to order

I know you can get key fob hardware on Amazon also. This design was very easy ITH. Takes me about 6 minutes or less to stitch out and about twice that to turn it right side out - lol!!
It is the turning that turns me off! I really want that do dad that Nancy or the quilt lady has.
if you don't want to use fabric you can make them out of webbing, look on the crafters vision link for more info. You can personalize them with names
I use a chopstick to turn something like this - just the thing!! If you make it on your regular sewing machine - you could use webbing (like what is used for a narrow handle on a kits duffel bag).
