What program do I need to open rar files?

I use "free RAR extract frog" it has never caused a problem with other programs. Kay

For me the best with Windows 8 is bandizip, And with others ( Vista, CP, and 7) I use winzip. All are free And East to find And download on the web.

I have free program 7zip, never have any problem using it.
